Tânia Neves is a Portuguese lawyer, writer, creative knitting teacher, and fiber artist. She expresses her creativity through knitwear design, finding inspiration for her patterns in nature and deepest life purpose. For Tânia, art is a way of commitment to life, and she loves sharing her talents, gifts, and skills with others, stimulating their innate creativity and own ability to manifest their dreams. Get inspired, listen to your creative inner muse, and make magic with your yarn and needles every day!

Be(e) Sweet

Inspiration: “The warm breeze announces Spring ... The bees do their labor and pollinate the fields full of flowers, with the pollen of Life ... It is a new cycle that begins! It is the manifestation of Life that brings us a new beginning, full of possibilities and potential... So, be sweet... be the sweet bee... and let be what you choose to be…sweet!” I designed this pattern stitch inspired by Spring, bees, honeycombs, and Life. The inspirational quote above is the motto for it and I chose it because it is one of my favorites, reminding me about the importance of cooperating, sharing, and doing this work for a higher purpose in Life. I love to use it in garments, mittens, hats, or socks.

Editors Note: You can find Tânia's Be(e) Sweet Pattern Collection with cardigan, mittens and hat on her Ravelry page.
