International Shipping is highly dependent on the weight and size of a product. Unfortunately, The Knitter's Planner is not able to offer or guaranteed tracking on packages once they have left the US, and we are unable to replace lost international packages.

The 2022 Knitter's Planner interior pages measure 7 inches by 9 inches. The tabs and cover are 7.5 inches by 9 inches.
All sales are final. Due to the high cost of shipping and re-stocking custom printed items, we are not able to take returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in your product.
If you purchased your Knitter's Planner from a participating retailer and find that it has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged during the shipping process (damaged cover or tabs), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photos of the damaged product for refund or replacement information.
If you find a page insertion error within your planner, please email email@example.com to request a replacement (we will pay the shipping).
You do not need to return your original planner. However, you may be asked to email a photograph if you received a damaged Knitter's Planner. This helps us share quality control information with our printer so we can constantly work to improve our internal systems.
KnittersPlanner.com will send replacement copies of damaged planners at no cost to the buyer.
