When your item ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. At times, this tracking email may end up in your email spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email help@knittersplanner.com to receive a new tracking email.
Just tell us at check out where and to whom you want it to be shipped! The caveat to this is if you are buying more than one planner in one order - in that case all planners your order must have the same address.
We are able to ship this year to Canada, Australia, UK and Mexico. Here are our international shipping rates.

International Shipping is highly dependent on the weight and size of a product. Unfortunately, international shipping prices for a product the size and weight of the planner have always been high. This year, due to the worldwide pandemic, stress has been placed on all shipping systems, and costs and shipping times have all increased. Unfortunately, the Knitter's Planner, LLC is not able to offer or guaranteed tracking on packages once they have left the US, and we are unable to replace lost international packages.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer group discounts this year.
We are not able to offer wholesale pricing due to our digital printing and customization model.
Yes, the 2020 Knitter's Planner is available in nine different cover choices.
The 2020 Knitter's Planner interior pages measure 7 inches by 9 inches. The tabs and cover are 7.5 inches by 9 inches.
All sales are final. Due to the high cost of shipping and re-stocking custom printed items, we are not able to take returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in your product.
If you purchased your Knitter's Planner from a participating retailer and find that it has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged during the shipping process (damaged cover or tabs), please contact us at help@quiltersplanner.com and send photos of the damaged product for refund or replacement information.
If you find a page insertion error within your planner, please email help@quiltersplanner.com to request a replacement (we will pay the shipping).
You do not need to return your original planner. However, you may be asked to email a photograph if you received a damaged Knitter's Planner. This helps us share quality control information with our printer so we can constantly work to improve our internal systems.
KnittersPlanner.com will send replacement copies of damaged planners at no cost to the buyer.
There are no in-store pick up options available at this time.
We use recyclable cardboard materials for our box and recycled paper for our planners. You may recycle them in your home recycle bin. Please re-use the bubble wrap!
